Talk about INTERGRITY!!!!! I had a few issues with my Furnace. One Company came out and said I needed a new Furnace .In my mind I knew I needed a new one but I was not ready for such a big expense, and I ask him if it can be fix and he said NO!!!. So I did my due diligence and called a second company just before I made my decision. and WOW all it was, was a bad Fues that was Burn out. once he put the Fues the system turn on. not only did I moved forward with Year Round but the coast of the unit was Significantly lower than the other company and a better brand. I am super impressed with the level of customer service we received. It was one of the coldest nights of the year when... our heater stopped working. When I called for after hours service a live friendly rep answered the phone and assured me a HVAC tech would be there within a reasonable amount of time. Rafael arrived within an hour and promptly got to work. He was friendly and professional and above all, knowledgeable. He thoroughly inspected everything and fixed the problem. Once he finished, even though it was getting late, he patiently took the time to help me set up the app and show me how to use it.
