We contacted Year Round Heating after having a home inspection that required we repair our ducts in the attic. I spoke to Rafael and he came over to give us an estimate. He stated that the duct installation could not be repaired and had to be replaced. Since we had sold our house, he was able to get us a good deal on the ducts to replace our old ones. After the estimate, Rafael kept in touch with me the whole time. He told me that Devin would be the person to do the duct replacement and when he would arrive. When Devin showed up to do the work, he was prompt, efficient and clean. He covered our carpet so we didn't get all the old dust and parts from the ducts on it. After Devin was done, I received a call from Rafael again to check to see how everything went and to make sure I was happy with the work. Year Round Heating and Air did a fantastic job and the customer service is stellar. This day and age you don't find many companies that are customer service oriented. I am so pleased with the work they did and the customer service we received. We will refer them to family and friends.

Rafael and Devin were great! After purchasing a new home we quickly realized the inspector missed some issues in the HVAC system that quickly needed to be addressed. We called Year Round and were able to complete a consultation over the phone same day to discuss our issue (very accommodating considering the Covid 19 crisis.) After recognizing the extent of the problem, Year Round had someone out that very afternoon. While the repairs were more extensive and costly than we hoped, we are extremely happy with the customer service and quality of work performed. We are so happy to know the work was done correctly the first time and appreciate the excellent level of communication from Rafael and Devin. Devin even took time at the end of the install to explain the system, expected maintenance, and answer any questions we had. We'll definitely be calling again for any future needs we have, although hopefully it's only routine maintenance 🤞

The ductwork in our attic, of a newly purchased home, had several crushed and open ducts. Year Round provided a quick inspection and a fair estimate, and completed the work four days after my first call. The workers were professional, polite and informative about the whole process. Just in time for a crazy heat wave we just entered. The office also kept us constantly aware of the progress and the scheduled repair times. Overall a 100% positive experience. Recommend them without reservation.

I’ve known Brandon for over almost 10 years. Brandon has installed 4 units for me and has always been dependable.However, more than that, he’s been a solid family man and a good friend!Our children go to school with one another, although my daughter isn’t supposed to know I included that. 😉Brandon stands by his word. He is a husband (ask his wife…. She always has a smile and is very sweet) as well as an amazing father!Today, one of the Year Round Techs named Marvin, showed up on time. He was greeted by myself and my two English Mastiffs. Brandon text me as a heads up, to tell me that the tech was picking up the unit and heading my way.Marvin showed up shortly thereafter and was very professional.He was greeted by 400+ lbs of English Mastiff (Sherman and Denali) with open paws but made sure they told him “Hello”. He let them slobber on him and did it with a smile and plenty of “ear and neck scratchins”!Note: Marvin actually kneeled down to eye level which really surprised me.The external install was Immaculate!
