I found this company online a week ago, Year Round Heating & Air Conditioning llC, and I could not be happier with their great service. The company sent their technician, Miguel to our house and I was impressed by his proper personal protect equipment at this pandemic time. We needed our house a/c tune up. Miguel did the job as told, and he explained me the tune up process when it was needed. Miguel was super awesome, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this company for outstanding service!

Year Round never seems to amaze me! 10:38 pm last night our AC stopped cooling when it was still 80 degrees outside, I considered waiting until morning to call the technician but it was getting really hot in the house, so I called their emergency line and left a message. I received a call back immediately and was assured someone would be here shortly. Raphael arrived 30. min later and worked until our system was working. He finally left around midnight.My roommate and I agreed that this is not normal! I loooove this company!!

Thursday August 12, 2021 late afternoon. Ari exhibited professionalism and understood the urgency of my situation. After reviewing notes that Alverto (technician) had left from a previous visit to my home, she scheduled Alverto to my home with a 2 hour time block, same day appointment. Thank you Ari!Alverto (technician) arrived promptly within the time quoted, assessed the problem and made his recommendations. Again, I was totally impressed with this young man’s A/C knowledge and expertise. Alverto exhibited professionalism, patience and exemplary customer service. Thank you Alverto!Saturday August 14, 2021Rafael (supervisor) was awesome in reviewing and explaining the different cost packages for the Heating & Air Conditioning units needed for my home. My installation of A/Cs and furnaces were scheduled within 2 days. Rafael’s knowledge of the industry was very apparent due to his passion for what he does. Thank you Rafael for your professionalism and your patience!Monday August 16, 2021.Cuomtemo (hoped it’s spelled right), Ottoand Miguel, Year Round Heating & Air Conditioning installers arrived at my home on time, politely identified themselves, told me why they were here and promptly went to work. They were very hard workers, started early morning and continued throughout the night to complete the installation of 2 furnaces, 2 A/C units and 2 thermostats. Intermittently I would ask questions to each of them individually and without hesitation, they stopped what they were doing to answer my questions which was appreciated. Throughout the day/evening, they would advise of their progress and let me know when to expect the job to be done and would ask if I had any questions or concerns. They left the inside and outside of my home clean of any debris. All of their expertise and knowledge of their individual duties were exemplary to be such young men. Thank you Cuomtemo, Otto and Miguel!!!Year Round Heating & Air Conditioning LLC, your employees are exceptional!!! I have worked in the customer service field for over 40 years and without hesitation, I would hire any of the employees I’ve had the pleasure of either talking with over the phone or meeting in person. Made an appointment with Angie for estimate came out and gave awesome pricing and we will be making a purchase real soon. From the moment I spoke with Angie and staff everyone was so professional.

Rafael and Alfonso (forgive me if I got your names wrong! I’m the worst with names!) came to our home mid week for a possible AC repair but after walking us through how they diagnose AC issues, they ultimately helped us understand our AC unit needs. They were very professional, helpful and genuinely kind and thoughtful of how soon we needed our new unit because of our epileptic daughter. They were easy to talk to and answered all of our questions about pricing. They installed our unit by Saturday and were very thorough and careful with everything. A big thanks to them for spending all day on a Saturday at our house to install our unit! It blows super cold as promised and they even called after installing to make sure we were satisfied with everything. I would highly recommend Year Round Heating & Air!!
