Year Round never seems to amaze me!

10:38 pm last night our AC stopped cooling when it was still 80 degrees outside, I considered waiting until morning to call the technician but it was getting really hot in the house, so I called their emergency line and left a message.

I received a call back immediately and was assured someone would be here shortly. Raphael arrived 30. min later and worked until our system was working. He finally left around midnight.

My roommate and I agreed that this is not normal! I loooove this company!!

Miguel was terrific. He knew right away what the problem was, fixed it and gave us a walk through of all aspects of the repair. He also cleaned coils and other preventative tasks without any additional charge. Price was very fair and hig value work performed. The company protocols and standards are clearly very high and were reflected in every step of the engagement.

They inspected my duct work and insulation, and gave me an estimate on replacing both. They were courteous and professional. I was very pleased with their service.
