This Sunday evening I came home to a hot house.
I needed an urgent fix for my central air, as I'm leaving dogs and home with a housesitter the following Tuesday, not returning for a week.. They actually called me back within an hour, after 2 failed attempts to reach them. They were able to send someone out for assessment within 2 hrs. The problem was identified quickly and explained succinctly.
A full repair is scheduled for tomorrow. So far, excellent service. Pricing quoted are in market range, no gouging.
