Rafeal is very friendly, competent & professional. I always dread when a repair technician arrives, as most want to sell new A/C units. These units cost thousands of dollars. All I want is to have it repaired & NOT be pressured to buy. Rafeal DID NOT pressure me. Rafeal and his partner Miguel were very informative. Rafeal allowed me to follow him onto my roof to watch what he was going to do. Everything, I asked of Rafeal & Miguel they did without reservation. Rafeal was NICE enough to check all 6 of my capacitors. The A/C’s capacitors & my extras. Rafeal showed me with his electrical instruments that my capacitors were good. Rafeal had Miguel check the compressor & explain to me how it works & how it’s broken down. Rafeal MADE SURE he took his time to explain in detail how my 35 y/o A/C had finally died. Rafeal explained how it might be impossible to get an original compressor and it’s cost. Rafeal DID NOT try to steer me to an expensive unit. My wife & I picked out an A/C unit that’ll work best for us. Guess what?! The A/C unit is HALF of what other companies want to charge. My wife & I feel good about the decision WE made & the company Rafeal represents. We WILL have a good, long lasting relationship. Thanks for sending Rafeal. I KNOW Miguel WILL pick up all the good people skills Rafeal has mastered.

Reliable and responsive

I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. What I thought was going to be expensive and frustrating was actually very informative and painless. Rafael was very courteous and professional. He explained everything and gave us some good options. I will most certainly use them for all my maintenance and repairs in the future

The technician Rafael is super awesome and friendly, he did the job as told, and he helped us through our problem with the a/c, including the broken fuse.
