Rafael and Devin were great! After purchasing a new home we quickly realized the inspector missed some issues in the HVAC system that quickly needed to be addressed. We called Year Round and were able to complete a consultation over the phone same day to discuss our issue (very accommodating considering the Covid 19 crisis.) After recognizing the extent of the problem, Year Round had someone out that very afternoon. While the repairs were more extensive and costly than we hoped, we are extremely happy with the customer service and quality of work performed. We are so happy to know the work was done correctly the first time and appreciate the excellent level of communication from Rafael and Devin. Devin even took time at the end of the install to explain the system, expected maintenance, and answer any questions we had. We'll definitely be calling again for any future needs we have, although hopefully it's only routine maintenance 🤞

Very professional and responsive. My AC stopped working the previous day and I was able to get a same day appointment. I’m incredibly impressed with this company. My contact with them started with a phone call from Ari to set an appointment. I thought she was an owner because she was very personable and took ownership of the relationship with me and it put at ease.I had appointments with 4 companies for quotes and this one was the last. Rafael came and he was the same as Ari. He was genuine, caring and it wasn’t forced or fake. All employees took ownership of their relationship with us. This spoke VOLUMES to me because this is not common for employees unless the owners have instilled it upon them AND the owner takes the same attitude with their employees as they expect their employees to do with their customers.I decided that if they even came close to the other quotes (they were one of the best quotes for HVAC heat, air and filter) then we’d go with them because you can’t fake this, this is a company who truly cares and I was right as you’ll see….I’m the caretaker for my 87 yr old mother and we were without heat. After financing was secured Rafael took it upon himself to expedite everything and make sure my mother had heat by the next day! He pushed the city to provide permits ASAP and had the team at my home at 7am the following morning! I was shocked because I didn’t ask him to do this. Again, this is the attitude that comes from the top, I call it ’trickle down mindset" in a company’s culture and they’ve displayed it beautifully in their care, attention to detail, swift action and taking responsibility for the customer. The entire team from the first call to quote, installation and follow-through was stellar!Thank you so much for the entire Year Round team!

Year Round Heating & Air is a Topnotch Company. They installed a new HVAC System and Ducts in my home. I am very HAPPY with the job they completed. They have an awesome TEAM of employees. The process started with Miguel, who came out and diagnosed my problem. He was extremely knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. He also made sure to check in with me at different stages of the project. The next member of the TEAM was Rafael. He came out and presented me with different product and pricing options. He worked with me to try to get me the best pricing. Lastly, the Installation Crew came out. The members of this crew were extremely professional throughout the job. The members in this crew was Otto, Jaime, Temo and Alfonso. Thank you Gentlemen for the great work you did. Again, What an Awesome TEAM!
