Zeke is an outstanding employee and person! He came out to service our A/C and was exceptional with explaining the issues we were experiencing with our unit. Alverto Ramirez was my service tech. He came out to inspect and run a diagnostic on my AC unit which gave out two days ago. I’m a professional Union carpenter, and I personally take pride on details/specifics of job tasks. I also take pride on communication between the service personal and the client. Alverto did just that with me. He kept me informed showing me details of the issues, pointed out and gave alternative routes to fix the problems… He even went as far as educating me on specifics of tasks performing/services and best solutions.This by far is the example one can appreciate from one professional to another.
