    Thank you to Rafael and Miguel for coming by first thing in the morning to fix my AC. I first met Rafael for the diagnosis and he was very informative and honest in his analysis, showing me different values on his multimeter and what they mean. He laid out all the different repair/replacement options and the pros and cons associated with each of them. I did not feel intimidated or pressured to go with the most costly option or add any upgrades. The next day I was impressed and how thorough Rafael and Miguel were in their repairs. They went above and beyond my expectations and when finished, they cleaned up leaving no mess. All questions were answered thoroughly and professionally. I'm lucky to be part of their club membership so I have piece of mind knowing my family won't be without heat or AC outside normal business hours. I would definitely recommend their services to my friends and family!

    Alverto arrived a little late however her was the nicest technician I’ve ever experienced which made
    Me forget his tardiness he Diagnosed my issue . He actually showed me exactly what was going on and explain how to fix it and what their process was. He even fixed the thermostat alignment. Which wasn’t a part of the issue. Very professional very nice. I would definitely use his services again
