Good evening the only reason why I'm giving this rating is because I was reimbursed for an estimate and a trip charge that I was told there were free estimates from the beginning and I have a screenshot to prove it from the customer service manager or technician that book the estimate trip I was a little bit uncomfortable with the diagnosis that Raphael gave and so I seek to seek a second & third opinion and or go through my home warranty company who I found out while the technician was here covers everything thanks for your time and have a great evening. The employers technician came back out and sent his technician on November 19th around 5:30 p.m. they corrected the bill invoice issue and zeroed out and did the service complimentary to me for all of the confusion so I receive the free service to my unit and I appreciate them correcting the issue and servicing my unit. I’m incredibly impressed with this company. My contact with them started with a phone call from Ari to set an appointment. I thought she was an owner because she was very personable and took ownership of the relationship with me and it put at ease.I had appointments with 4 companies for quotes and this one was the last. Rafael came and he was the same as Ari. He was genuine, caring and it wasn’t forced or fake. All employees took ownership of their relationship with us. This spoke VOLUMES to me because this is not common for employees unless the owners have instilled it upon them AND the owner takes the same attitude with their employees as they expect their employees to do with their customers.I decided that if they even came close to the other quotes (they were one of the best quotes for HVAC heat, air and filter) then we’d go with them because you can’t fake this, this is a company who truly cares and I was right as you’ll see….I’m the caretaker for my 87 yr old mother and we were without heat. After financing was secured Rafael took it upon himself to expedite everything and make sure my mother had heat by the next day! He pushed the city to provide permits ASAP and had the team at my home at 7am the following morning! I was shocked because I didn’t ask him to do this. Again, this is the attitude that comes from the top, I call it ’trickle down mindset" in a company’s culture and they’ve displayed it beautifully in their care, attention to detail, swift action and taking responsibility for the customer. The entire team from the first call to quote, installation and follow-through was stellar!Thank you so much for the entire Year Round team!

They arrived right on time, were courteous, and didn’t try to push me or upsell on stuff I didn’t need. Really appreciated it. It’s the start of a long term relationship.

Alverto/Year Round is my go to for AC/heating service. Good price and knowledgeable service. There is a commercial offering a one time AC heating service for $88. I get two services for the same price with Year Round. I had a couple of service companies look at my unit before Year Round and both recommended a hard start kit which would have burned out my compressor. The correct recommendation would have been a soft start kit. A soft start kit is for compressors that are still functioning well but you want to extend it's use. Alverto knew the difference.

Scheduling was easy and available the same day. Technician showed up on time and was efficient.
