Our HVAC unit stopped working overnight. Year Round Heating and Air, LLC sent out Rafael, Field Supervisor, to our house within four hours. He promptly diagnosed the problem, fixed it right away and updated us about the issue. The price was reasonable. He came with with one other technician. Both were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them again. Thanks for your reliable and prompt service!

Thank you to Rafael and Miguel for coming by first thing in the morning to fix my AC. I first met Rafael for the diagnosis and he was very informative and honest in his analysis, showing me different values on his multimeter and what they mean. He laid out all the different repair/replacement options and the pros and cons associated with each of them. I did not feel intimidated or pressured to go with the most costly option or add any upgrades. The next day I was impressed and how thorough Rafael and Miguel were in their repairs. They went above and beyond my expectations and when finished, they cleaned up leaving no mess. All questions were answered thoroughly and professionally. I'm lucky to be part of their club membership so I have piece of mind knowing my family won't be without heat or AC outside normal business hours. I would definitely recommend their services to my friends and family!

Rafael and Devin were great! After purchasing a new home we quickly realized the inspector missed some issues in the HVAC system that quickly needed to be addressed. We called Year Round and were able to complete a consultation over the phone same day to discuss our issue (very accommodating considering the Covid 19 crisis.) After recognizing the extent of the problem, Year Round had someone out that very afternoon. While the repairs were more extensive and costly than we hoped, we are extremely happy with the customer service and quality of work performed. We are so happy to know the work was done correctly the first time and appreciate the excellent level of communication from Rafael and Devin. Devin even took time at the end of the install to explain the system, expected maintenance, and answer any questions we had. We'll definitely be calling again for any future needs we have, although hopefully it's only routine maintenance 🤞

The team that came to my house for installation were very professional, kind, on time, with exponential customer service! If I could give 10 stars I’d give them 11. Wouldn’t have chosen a different group of guys to do this at all. To top it off it was completely finished in 3 days with nothing there. Highly recommended and will definitely refer this company to all my family and friends!!! Thank you!
